Cory got his start in training while playing varsity football at the University of Toronto and earning his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Health. After a successful 5-year career as a receiver, culminating in an all-time record as the school’s leading receiver, he began to transition to a career in training. With a lot of experience under the bar, and a thirst for knowledge in the classroom and library, Cory became well versed in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, strength and speed training, and sports nutrition. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Cory recently completed his Master’s of Exercise Science with a focus on Strength and Conditioning. He currently resides in Montreal and is the Head of Strength and Conditioning with INS Quebec.
Much like Cory, Kyle got his start with football, albeit as a defensive back instead of a receiver. Kyle played for the University of Ottawa Gee Gee’s before transferring to the University of Toronto. Following in his twin brother’s footsteps, Kyle transitioned from training himself for football to training others as a career. Just like working out, becoming educated and knowledgeable is a lifelong challenge. Kyle is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds an Honours B.A. from the University of Toronto. Kyle currently resides in Ottawa.
